In past years, if you wanted an upgrade from the Ram Laramie you had to take the Longhorn edition, cowboy hat and all. Frank Stephenson, the man credited with designing the new Mini and Fiat's retro 500, has been appointed to head up Alfa Romeo's design centre. He replaces Wolfgang Egger, responsible for the swooping 8C Competizione, who left earlier this year to join Audi. Stephenson joins Alfa at a crucial time, prior to its re-entry into the US market.
This sleek four-door saloon is Citroen's Numero 9 concept, due to be exhibited at the upcoming 2012 Beijing motor show. Hybrid power lies beneath the sultry shooting brake body. Ooh la la!
